Rental Policy
The rent is due 60 days before your arrival.

Deposit
A $300 deposit (except Kuhio Shores which is $500) is needed to hold your reservation. The deposit is separate from the rent and will be refunded to you by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after you leave. We deduct any charges for damage that is more than normal wear and tear.

Cancellations
You need to send a written notice of cancellation 90 days or more before your arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $150 processing fee. Otherwise, your entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 60 days written notice of cancellation, the rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless the condo can be re-rented.

For bad weather, we will refund your rent if the condo cannot be occupied because there is a "mandatory evacuation" issued for the area during the days of your stay. We don't have insurance coverage for hurricanes to cover loss of rents so like you we would just loose the rental. We recommend you obtain insurance for weather conditions during Hurricane season.

Christmas Holidays
There is a one-week minimum stay between December 15th and January 5th. The rate is the daily rate. Cancellation requires 90 days' written notice.

Keys and Directions
For your convenience, we send key codes and directions to our condo after we receive the rental payment. To allow for cleaning, check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Furnishings
Our condo is completely furnished and includes linens and kitchen items in hopes that you will feel right at home!
